It's a very nice salon. My friend Deb King is a stylist there. She does awesome cuts. I took my girlfriend there to get her hair done and she loves it.

I honestly don't know how Claude's only has one review on here. This place truly is the gem of Nebraskan salons, and I feel like that's an understatment. I first saw Damon when I was 12 years old...I am now 23. I've strayed numerous times to less expensive stylists at other salons hoping to get a decent hair cut, each time leaving me disappointed and regretting ever thinking about "cheating" on Damon. Damon quiet literally changed my life. At 12 I had giant, thick, unruly hair that my mother would call my "chia pet hair". It was so embarrassing, but no matter where I went to get it cut, nothing changed. They'd trim it like every other stylist. Then my great aunt recommended Damon. I made an appointment, he gave me a great consultation asking what I want for my hair, and did his magic. And that is exactly what Damon does, MAGIC. He gave me a real, functional, adorable hair cut that ended my hair shame. He does dry cuts, which I now believe is the only way hair should be cut (I never understood cutting it wet, how do you know what it will look like when dry?) He looks like a mad scientist with the way he flings his scissors around and really studies the lay and texture of each client's hair. I can tell it's a science and a passion to him, not just a pay check. Shortly after my first appointment, my grandmother and my mother started to go to him, and just like me, they've strayed for one reason or another, but we all always ended back to Damon paying what I believe is more than fair for they service he provides. I want whoever is reading this to make an appointment and witness his magic. I know I sound crazy, but he truly is the best hair stylist in America in my eyes. I now live in Arizona and one of the few things I truly miss about Nebraska is Damon and his life changing haircuts. Family and I have been going to Claude's Beautorium for well over 10 years and the level of service has always been top notch. My family and I have been to most every major salon in Omaha before we visited Damon (son to Claude) at Claude's and found his expertise to be unparalleled with both naturally curly and straight hair. I also go to Damon for a hair cut periodically and have been very happy with the results.

I have been a client of Claude's since the 1970s and followed him through several moves of the salon in Omaha. I moved to Iowa and returned for haircuts every 6-8 weeks for 9 years because there was nobody at any price who could cut my hair the way he did. I have curly hair that easily grows out of control -- he has cut and styled it through the years in various ways, always makes it functional and taking little or no work on my part. Claude is an entertaining, creative person and I always enjoy seeing him for my monthly cut. Top of the line in service and style, as are his boys and the other stylists. Barbara Head, Omaha

Highly recommend going to Elizabeth! She got my hair to the perfect shade of blonde that I’ve been wanting for the last couple of years. Reasonably priced and will gladly drive a few hours to get my hair done by her.

Truly one of a kind salon. Claude, the father started it and now it is ran by his two sons. I saw one of the sons Damon, for a cut and color (I went Platinum!). Damon is very talented. He studied hair in New York, if I’m not mistaken, and boy does he know hair! I learned so much while I was there! My hair turned out amazing(obviously).

Locally owned. Best hair Salon I have ever found in Omaha. I spent years going to so many Salons here, including most the big ones. They are the first ones to be able to show me how to diffuse my curly hair that I got later in life. They also do a blow out like no one else. Deb is the best I have ever had. When she highlights your hair, she even does it underneath so if you pull your hair up, you can see it. No one else has ever done that. You can completely trust her and she listens and knows what she is doing. Very thankful for her!
